Rating:I just tried to ask support@novaelites.com a question and the email returned undeliverable. Be careful out there.

Rating:I ordered something from novaelites.com also, but I have not received anything from them yet. The item hasn't shipped, and I've tried contacting them several times. The email from which they sent me has nothing to do with the website. I tried sending an email to support@novaelites.com and it bounced backed to me as well. I tried calling their number on their website for support and it's always busy. When I checked online to verify their address, that doesn't appear to be legit either. I paid via Paypal, but I broke up the payments into smaller chunks. I shouldn't have done that because now they won't let me dispute the charges until I pay it in full. Be careful. Do not order from this website. Do your homework before you order anything online. Check their social media presence, etc.
