Rating:Worst place in the world to deal with, ordered chrome book, order went through right away and tracking number given right away, next tracking showed awaiting USPS to pickup. 7 days later it is still showing same thing. Called them twice with no answer, left info for them to call. Never did. Emailed them 2 times and there again no one got back with me. So i got with Pay Pal to disbute the charges. DON'T BUY. A SCAM

Rating:Horrible Customer Service. Unresponsive and items will NOT arrive on time. They will also lie when you dispute a transaction with your bank. Practically a SCAM company! Never ever order from this company!

Rating:My chromebook experience has been awful! When I received it, the chord even had some lady's name on it! Yes, it's refurbished, but I expected a clean machine inside and out. The ONE time I turned it on, it seemed to want to connect to and take OVER all of my other devices in my home, from my Android to another windows-based laptop! I immediately turned it off and put back in box, contacting them to please send another label via sales@chromebooksrus.com. They replied to "reuse" the label, which I could not get off the box without tearing and making it unusable via USPS. They refused to send another label and stopped communicating three months ago even though I received my refund. May have to toss it.

Rating:I ordered a Chromebook two weeks ago and according to the tracking it was never shipped! I emailed, called, & left a VM but to no avail. I finally messaged them on Facebook and the person literally copied and pasted the message from USPS stating the item hadn’t shipped but they said it did ship. I replied informing that person saying I never received it & whether there was another way to track the device on their end. The person read the message but never replied. I just checked my mailbox again today and nothing! I tried calling and emailing them but no response. Do not purchase from here. You can get refurbished items from Walmart or Best Buy.

Rating:great chromebook was shipped right away but went usps which is terrible shipping took over a week but when it came best chromebook ever espeically for the money. just needs to use different shipping carrier not snail mail usps

Rating:Excellent transaction! To think you could pay $40 for a chromebook and it work and look like a brand new one blew me away! I've waited 2 years to give a rating because I wanted to make sure the computer works and lasts. It is still going strong! I use it in my classroom, along with 15 others almost every day of the school year. I know it isn't new and didn't expect it to be but it is so much better than what I was expecting! I have recommended many people to this website including many teacher friends. Shipping was extremely quick and trouble free.

Rating:Ordered 60 Chromebooks for our BPO floor. Mainly needed them for client chats, web tools, and ticketing systems. Wasn't sure how they'd hold up, but they're surprisingly smooth. Setup was fast, and agents adjusted quickly. No major issues so far. They don't overheat, and performance stays steady even during long shifts. Plus, we didn't blow our hardware budget. For a high-turnover setup like BPO, these make a lot of sense. If any go down, we'll just replace instead of repair. makes scaling easy. Overall, a smart, budget-friendly call. Definitely buying more as we onboard new teams. Good deal, good service.

Rating:I wouldn't buy anything from these people. Big scammers. I ordered a refurbished laptop for work and I arrived 4 days later with a faulty keyboard. The letter C key was stuck, so I released with the help of a pen, but it got stuck again after using it once. So, clearly it is a defective laptop and they sent me a defective keyboard. I contacted them on the same day it arrived and I requested a return address for a full refund . They answered me back saying it was being investigated. They stopped answering my emails . I called my credit card company, explained what had happened with the copies of all the communication. My credit card company stopped the payment and refunded me the purchase. Guess what? They then contacted me to give me the return address, but I had to pay for the shipping costs:$16. What a scammer!! Yes, I mailed them their defective laptop and I had to pay out of my pocket $16 plus the time to go to the post office . Don't buy anything from them. They gave me a headache . 1 star because there is no zero star option.
