Rating:I have placed an order from the UK and besides having received an order number over 3 weeks ago (which can't be tracked on 17TRACK) I have received no replies to my queries.
I don't feel I'll ever receive my product and have contacated my bank for a refund. If there had been any response I would have felt more confident

Rating:No company name and no registration number appear anywhere on this store. A private house in Jacksonville is the only address the shop gave (9137 Madison Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32208, United States): the Contact Us page, the Terms of service, the Privacy policy and the Return and Shipping policies all repeat the same block, a trade name, Mhkshopmotfy, and one email address. The domain name itself lists no owner in its public registration data either.
The store was hosted on Shopify and no longer answers. Since at least 24 September 2026 nothing loads there: the secure connection fails, and the address returns a Shopify error page ("error code: 1001"). That was checked from several networks and on several pages, on 24 and 30 September 2026. Outside checks are no better: ScamAdviser gives the site a trust score of 0 and calls it "very likely unsafe" (30 September 2026).
What the shop showed did not match a normal clothing store either: the pages presented women's fashion and a summer sale, while the row titled "best sellers" displayed a food supplement, cosmetics and a toy next to a dress (capture of 14 September 2026, urlscan.io). Shops opened and closed this fast, taking orders and then going silent, leave buyers with an order number and a tracking number that are worth nothing.
If you paid here and received nothing, keep the order confirmation, the emails exchanged and your bank statement, then ask your bank to reverse the payment. In France the procedure is explained here:... Read more
