    Through this company I bought New Balance 550 sneakers, for a value higher than their market price, which mistakenly led me to consider that they would be authentic. Almost 1 month after the purchase, I received the sneakers with the authentication certificate. Well then, the sneakers are notoriously fake, such is the precariousness of their finishes (where you can see glue, part of it came off, stains...). I contacted the company to resolve the issue. After a long delay in responding and requesting different photographs at different times, they replied that they are authentic and, in an ironic tone, that I can resell them on the site.
    I want the return and the company does not fulfill its duties. I had to contact the EU purchasing regulator.
    Disgraceful and unprofessional company.
