It has been over four months and I have not seen our order. I tried to get a refund and I offered me 40% refund minus shipping cost on product I have not seen. I'm unsure what to do or if this site is even real at this point.

This website offered me 15 percent of my money back after long time waiting. Emails replied by AI.

Do not ever buy anything here. It's a scam. They took my $900.

The office address is a unit in a Mong Kok business centre shared with many unrelated companies, and the same unit is the business address of a licensed company services provider. It is a mailing address, not a shop, and the site notes that it does not accept returns. The company was incorporated in Hong Kong in October 2025, while the domain name dates from 2009, so its age tells nothing about the age of the business.

Buyers on Trustpilot report the same pattern: shipping announced at five to six weeks, parcels arriving after sixty to ninety days or not at all, orders that cannot be cancelled, and support limited to chat and email with no phone number (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/shopfad.com). One buyer was refused a refund because the card charge appeared under another company name. If a parcel never arrives, the name on the statement, not the shop name, is the one the bank must trace.
