Rating:Ordered a Softball Bat from this site that a buddy sent me the link for. Seemed a bit suspect so I used PayPal just to be safe. 4 days went by without so much as a peep from the site, didn’t even get a confirmation purchase email from the site. Emailed them 3 times and no response so I just escalated to PayPal, I’m going to assume it will get resolved but clearly there is something shady about this site. I wouldn’t purchase anything from them.

Rating:ordered a speaker set from them. no confirmation email, paypal payment went to a Chinese person, not zrbotique. i tried to contact their service@zrbotique.com email alias, failed to deliver. submitted a form on their website, no response. tried to dispute the charge through paypal, but paypal said they received a shipment tracking confirmation, and my dispute was denied. paypal provided shipment information, which i never received from the merchant, and it said it was indeed shipped to my city/zip code. i checked everywhere and could not find the package. i suspect it is an advanced scam.

Rating:I also bought something on this website without any confirmation information. I informed PayPal, and the seller even provided a tracking number, indicating that the delivery was successful. I have never received anything, this is obviously a swindler, payee name lihong Qi.

Rating:I ordered a fishing reel from them and never received a comformation from them or anything,but I figured since I used pay pal I was safe.So I signed up to thier site and saw my order was in process for days,so I continued to send messages on thier site and also e mails to no avail.I then got pay pal involved and in one day the had tracking showing the item got delivered by USPS at 2:04pm,mind you USPS delivered a package at 2:35pm that same day.I only received 1 package,the package from zrbotique never arrived.Thier tracking is bogus.BUYER BEWARE, they've got a pretty slick scam to even fool pay pal to thier favor. I will defame them every where I go! Oh, I'd like to know if any one ordered from them if the product came from Jackson, Michigan?
