Rating:This place is a scam. I placed an order, and never received any shipping information. You cant contact them other than by email, and when you do it auto generates a response that doesn't make sense with the question you asked.
Do not trust this company!!!!!

Rating:Ordered shoes and they came in different color and stunk of paint and urethane. Seems like they were painted on to the shoe in some oil based paint before shipping. Tried reaching out several times and they keep offering other suggestions instead of return options. This is a scam and Im going to get stuck with these horrendous shoes.

Rating:Do not I repeat do not use this site! It is a complete scam! It took me 2 1/2 months to receive my shoes which were basically two sizes too small when I tried to return them and get a refund it has taken me another two months to even get an answer other than a canned repeated answer every single time. These people asked me why I deserve a refund. Finally I returned the shoes to them and still no refund. These people are a scam they are horrible to deal with and I promise promise promise you you do not want to use or buy anything from this company! I have 2 1/2 months worth of EmailChains, a receipt from return shoes, and still no refund. It was only $34 but it is the whole principle of the matter! No’s company in the United States would ever get by operating like this!

Rating:I ordered boots over 2 months ago and have not received my shoes! I have gotten emails saying no worries shipment on way with a tracking # in Chinese that I cannot decipher. They said they were expediting it 2 weeks ago and still no boots! This site is a scam! Please do not purchase from them. I do not expect to ever get them and feel I should just let go of the worry!

Rating:This place is the absolute worst online store I’ve ever ordered from. I bought 3 pair of shoes over a month ago. It took 2 weeks to get any type of shipping information and then it never updated. I sent numerous emails and it was always a generated email. I continued to tell them how unprofessional they were and I never got a response. I then went to their Instagram and sent them a message with the same automated reply to track my order and then they blocked me. This is a total scam. Save your money!

Rating:DO NOT believe the positive reviews from men! They’re fake! This is a scam site! The company deletes anything negative from their Instagram and Facebook. I ordered the “dream booties” and they’re not remotely similar. They are not distressed at all and the heel isn’t the same. Super cheap. It took them a month to give me a tracking number. I had to file a PayPal claim just to get that far! Now I have updated my claim because the product isn’t the same!

Rating:I ordered 4 pairs of Khaki boots, 2 arrived in a color closer to peach. I contacted customer service and they keep telling me that the color looks different in the picture due to the angle. I have the boots side by side and they are a completely different color. Boots are cute but cheaply made. Probably won’t last more than 1 season. The tracking system is awful. Boots arrived in 3 shipments 30 to 60 days after I ordered. Poor customer service,,,,

Rating:I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Rose Penny at the time didnt realize it was coming from China... advertising 24 hour shipping. Decided I would just wait patiently for the order to come. Over a month later I FINALLY received part of my order. Disappointing!!! The tracking numbers available say package was delivered. The shoes came in a white bag that clearly only one pair of shoes could've fit in. I tried looking up all tracking numbers (Yun, Fedex and the USPS) available to me and its just for the order I received but on my account orders they're both under that one tracking#. I still haven't received the full order I paid for and no further info is available to even track it?!?! I wouldnt buy from this company again. The one pair of shoes I did receive look nice but came with a funny chemical smell..by the looks of the other reviews I have seen I doubt I will receive the other pair or get my money back. I have contacted the company no response. They don't care they were paid and they have a tracking # that says delivered even if only HALF of the order was received/fullfilled. What a joke and a rip off!!! Lesson learned.

Rating:Ugh, I too like the others fell for this site. Ordered some boots, and 5 weeks later, still did not receive the boots. I emailed with them 6x, and like another reviewer said, they don't answer your questions, just send some canned response. I disputed the charge with my credit card and got my money back. DO NOT USE THIS SITE>
