Rating:Very disappointing experience – Would not recommend!
I ordered two items from Ahlet and even paid extra for shipping insurance. One item never arrived, and the other was completely different from what I ordered.
When I contacted customer service, they offered me $30 to keep the incorrect item or told me I would have to pay return shipping to receive a full refund.
I don't understand why a customer should have to pay additional shipping costs to correct a company's mistake, especially after paying extra for insurance.
I simply want a full refund for products I never received correctly. Very disappointing customer service and return policy. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

Rating:Ahlet presents itself as a US online store. Its footer gives GROM GLOBLE TRADING INC, 23 N Scott St NUM 12, Sheridan, Wyoming, while the refund policy on the same site gives another address for the same company: 12 N Scott St NUM 3. The "Contact Us" link in the menu leads to a page that does not exist.
The same company name and tax number (39-2160217) are displayed on other storefronts, among them eettsy.com, fgorre.com, rrighodew.com and noomoriey.com, under different brand names.
The homepage announces 60K+ orders, a 4.8 star rating and 2,341 customer reviews, while the testimonials shown are one line sentences like "Great." or "It looks nice.", six of them signed simply "Verified Customer", two names repeated, and two praising beeswax for period furniture. The profile pictures are AI generated portraits.
Worth knowing: check the company name rather than the store name, the brand changes and the company stays.
