I have no connection to the art world and neither has anyone else they've scam-emailed. Me and many others have recieved scam emails from this website, emails which pretend you have been selected for an interview for their blog, for us it was all someone called Lucy, but on reddit you can see the name will sometimes be different. In the email they say will cost you a small fee.

The pandemic has been difficult for artists, I'm sure they saw this as great opportunity to get people's hopes up and prey on their vulnerabilities, by sending an email titled: "Your interview", with crazy requests for you to pay to write on their blog.

They seem to be sending emails to get hits on their blog, they boast about "growing" because of the quantity of visitors on their blog, but it is just people like me wondering who these scammers are - there's no genuine interest.

They obviously buy data, email a load of randoms, and hope to find people desperate enough to pay to write creative content. Messed up.

I was unfortunately one of those who paid for a full page spread in their magazine. Paying for advertising isn't new so I wasn't surprised by it. I had some email exchanges before but as soon as I paid…all bird chirps from there. No receipts, no follow ups, nothing. Scammed
