Rating:Order US#83552 — delayed delivery and frustrating return/refund experience
I ordered a $95 mop from Joybos on August 16, 2026, and received it on October 27. I repeatedly requested a refund during the wait and requested a return after delivery.
The package I received bore a Fontana, California shipping address, but Joybos instructed me to return it to China. My shipping quote to China was $156. I instead paid $61.57 to send the unopened item back to the Fontana address on November 2. Joybos disputed that return destination; I am not claiming it had authorized the Fontana return.
On November 3, Joybos wrote: "After we receive the package, we will process a full refund. Would you please delete the review on Trustpilot first?"
I declined to remove my review before reimbursement and requested the $95 purchase price plus $61.57 return shipping, totaling $156.57. On November 4, Joybos said keeping the review was my choice, but continued to refuse return-shipping reimbursement and said the purchase refund depended on receiving the returned item.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not buy from Joybos again. Before buying, get written confirmation of the authorized return destination and who pays return shipping.
