Rating:If you're checking platega.io before connecting it as a merchant, please read this first. I wish someone had told me.
I have a little Telegram bot, @VPNRabochiybot, selling VPN subscriptions. Connected Platega on September 26, 2026. First month was smooth and I honestly thought I'd found a good provider. Then around October 20 the withdraw button was gone. 5031.75 USDT on the balance. I wrote to support every day for a week and got nothing back.
Around October 27 they finally answered with questions about three orders. I answered politely. Three more orders. Then a request for my customers' IPs and contacts. I asked the customers, none of them had complained. Next day the reason was different: their own security team, unconfirmed traffic, hold up to 90 days.
What really got me is that the SBP receipts go to Kvaligate LLC. Kvaligate is a legit processor, I use it through two other providers and it's fine. Platega is a middleman adding about 4%.
There's more like me, see lolz arbitration 10366278 and 10202169. I firmly believe the closed OrbitPay is the same organization, and I suspect sanctions will be their next excuse.
We rely on the law, and the law is on my side. A payment provider ending cooperation must pay out the balance. After the 90 days I go to the police in Kyrgyzstan. Other victims, write to @VPNRabochiybot support and we'll complain together.
