Rating:I booked a hotel and They claim to have instant confirmation but they don't.
I Contact the hotel after 24h and they didn't had my confirmation and told me to contact musetrip. I contact their help desk and they told me that i should wait for 1 week to wait for the hotel to confirm. But i already called the hotel. I asked if they could contact them asap and they refused. They wanted me to wait for 1 week maybe to collect the money and then bye bye. Its potential scam fraud.
The operator was indian and couldn't speak proper English but the help desk had British phone

Rating:Exactly the same problem with me. Do not trust musetrip! It's a complete scam. I am in contact with the hotel, and they don't even know musetrip!

Rating:Stay away. They are scammers, no real reservations , stealing your card number and CVV and try to make transactions

Rating:I think musetrip is probably functioning like a ticket-scalper for hotel rooms. They buy them for popular hotels on weekends and then resell at an exorbitant markup?
Probably, there's nobody investigating or prosecuting this crap, and they're in the frigging UK exploiting USA hotel companies so pretty hard to go after them anyway.
Pretty fucked if you ask me though.
