Ordered from them mid-June. It's now September and my item hasn't arrived. Tracking says "delivery attempted", but I live in a house with no delivery issues and have been home during their "delivery".

The website might be ok, but their shipping carrier is TERRIBLE.

Customer Service is quick to respond with no actual resolution.
