Rating:Purchased what was supposed to be two usable Ceramic Teapots with a 62fl oz capacity and dimensions of 9.8" x 5" x 7.8".
I received two solid horribly painted Resin teapots with the dimensions of 5.5" x 3.75" x 3.75" and 6.5" x 5.5" x 3.25"
There is no phone number to call customer service, you have to email them for a return address and have 15 days to return it. You also have to pay for shipping to return it.
I doubt I will be getting a word back or my money back.

Rating:This website is a SCAM!!! We bought what we thought was a ceramic teapot and a quartz movement wall clock and we received two badly painted resin casts replicating the items that were advertised on their site. They knowingly commit fraud using false advertising. They have only offered us a 15% refund on the worthless items they sent us. Otherwise we can return the items at our own cost, including paying extra tax, with no confirmation of a refund, as in their own words to us, “the items will most likely be lost” in transit. Do not but from this company! You are wasting your money and time. This company preys on people and is betting we will all be too lazy to do anything about it. I have reported them to cyber crime authorities.

Rating:FALSE ADVERTISING! Save your money it’s a SCAM! I ordered what I thought was going to be a nightmare before Christmas cuckoo clock. What I got was a 5 inch piece of poorly painted wall art with a hot glued clasp on the back of it! They will refuse to give refunds for anything that is “sale items” even though I received something that I never ordered and never would’ve ordered! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I feel for anyone that has had to encounter this website or that has purchased anything from this company. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!
