Bought something on this website (they sent advertising on discount items, prices are unreasonably cheap). After order Ed n paid, items were missing in action. Also, there were a few fraudulent charges to my credit card, which were blocked by my bank. My card was stopped n alerted. Then this website (big take up.com was disappeared from the internet. In conclusion, don’t ever trust this company. They are a fraudulent party that may just want to cheap you.

Terrible company. Do not do business with them. Got a text for a survey on T Mobile which I am a customer of. Offered a free item for taking the survey for shipping only. Chatted with them about item tracking the item and they told me to call the USPS and give them my name and phone number to track the item. Doesn't work that way. Can you imagine? They are just trying to sign you up for a "free" 14 day trial membership and hope you don't cancel in time. Company out of Cyprus. I am an idiot for not checking them out sooner but I disputed the $5.49 shipping charge for the so called free item assuming it will never come.

It must have started with a survey with this site like others mentioned. They shipped an item after survey. Now I see fraudulent activity in my account. Bank thankfully blocked the card

I just got an text message from my fraud department at my bank saying that someone from this site tried to charge my card for $49.99 as people have said above. I do not know what this is I did not take any surveys or do anything like others have mentioned but now my card has a block on it and I'm two states away from my bank! So frustrating I don't know how they have to my account but this really sucks as it's Christmas time and I'm out of state and would like to use my own damn card

I never heard of this company/website until I just saw the $49.99 charge to my account 3 days ago when I had my card turned off so this don't happen & well it happened anyways. Hopefully I can get my money back in full cause this is BS especially with the most expensive holiday comin up & being a single parent on top of it. Man I sure do hate people that try & get over on the little poor people in the world today. Why can't they go after the millionaires for a change.

I've had $49.99 deducted from my account 3 times. . I think I ordered something that was on FB site that was inexpensive, but there was no one to check with afterwards. Not only did I pay for that Item. I have now been charged $150.00 altogether. I do not know where to go or who to talk to to get them to get them to stop deducting money from my charge account. I would rate them as people that need to go to jail.

A negative 10. theyre thieves. Anyone have any ideas???

Like someone already mentioned, I also think I was scammed after completing a survey for T-mobile and could receive a "free" item. Unfortunately, my bank just notified me of a possible scam and have discovered my account has been charged for 6-months. I may be able to recover only 3 months. I'm contacting T-mobile for sure. Do NOT respond to anything "free" that you have to provide a credit card number for shipping!

I feel so stupid as I too, have been scammed by these fraudsters.

Mine happened whilst I was looking for something online, and I received a notification that via my Internet provider I had been selected to take part in a competition to win a new phone. Usually I am on the ball for these scams but I fell for it - Big Time!

However, in my case there seems to be 3 companies involved, as when you are asked to submit £3 postage charge, you only get 5 mins otherwise the prize will be offered to someone else, you are also asked to tick a box to state that you are aware that £4.95 will be made to Marzshop.com(??)

After the payment had been taken, I never received an acknowledgement email so I checked the reviews. This is when I realised!

Not only that, but when checking with my bank £3 has been taken from a company called Dropdownsound.com and £7.95 not £4.95, has been taken from Maxshopz.com who seem to be passing themselves off as an electronic retailer.

However, I received the exact same log-in information for both companies and their websites also look very similar. But on checking the website for Maxshopz. com, to my horror, they have set me up for a regular subscription of £39.99. I have no idea who this company is, what this payment is supposed to be for and there is no way I can afford it!

I have been in touch with my bank, they are going to do an investigation but have advised me to cancel my card to stop any further fraudulent payments being taken, unnecessary hassle... Read more

Lynn. I have just noticed that Bigtakeup.com have been taking £49.99 a month from my credit card for the last nine months. l don't know what it's for and l have never heard of the company. The bank has cancelled the card and is investigating the company so hopefully they can get it back.
