Rating:Ordered a product as a gift for my sister on 11th Oct 2021. Received notice it had shipped 13th October (from China, not US). To date (9th November) I have not received the product although their tracking information says it has been delivered. They are refusing to send a replacement or full refund.
This company may be registered in the US but from the shipping information it’s clear that the product comes from China.
I have paid $47.15 for something I have not received. Please be careful with this company.
