Rating:No physical address. No phone number. Email is “fictomail”. New venture, no track record. All of the models of their heads cut off in the photos. Shady cancellation policy.

Rating:Very poor quality. I bought 4 sweaters. They were not of the quality at all represented on their website. The fabric is cheap and the quality is very poor. One of the sweaters had white spots on it from uneven dying process. The other sweater had seems that were sewn unevenly causing one half of the sweater to bunch up and hang very loosely on the other side. The other had buttons that were hanging and ready to fall off. Gabrini refused to give me a refund.

Rating:Scammers. Ordered in September didn't receive until November. Clothes are misrepresented, total cheap and poor quality. Plus they didn't send my whole order but charged me like they had. Terrible customer service, forced to file fraud charges with my credit card company. STAY AWAY

Rating:I bought 3 items in September. I had researched them on Trustpilot and thought they were reputable. I now believe Trustpilot is a scam. Only vendors can login to Trustpilot. The sweaters were poor quality, thin, and a far representation of what I bought. They were also too big. I asked for a refund and they bartered with me. I had spent $120. At first they offered $30, then $75. I said $100 and I would be happy. They refunded me $100 and I considered myself lucky and schooled. I mistrust online shopping, not only for scams, but the basics: true colour, fabric feel, drape and fit. Just not worth the hassle. I would give them no star if this site would allow it.
