    Be cautious, this Hsweetgirl is selling the exact sandals/shoes that Brahminshop sells--shoes NOT what they advertise and will not refund your money.

    Don't trust them. I bought shoes and when they arrived they were the wrong color. Hsweetgirl does not give you a product return address or phone number for customer service. I have sent several emails to addresses listed on their website with no response. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company.

    Wow....shoes feel like sandpaper and are about as sturdy. If you are wanting shoes...TRY ANOTHER COMPANY!!! Wasted time, money and aggravation....

    Do not order anything from this company. They could care less about the customer. I ordered a pair of shoes from them and when they finally got to me from China they had a defect in the front of one shoe. The shoes were black but one had 2 light color spots that was down in the fabric. I contacted them and to make a long story short they refused to do anything about it. Oh they offered a $5 then $10 then $12 & finally $15 refund but would not replace the shoe. They kept arguing that it was dust on the shoe but I sent them a video showing me using a brush & that is when they offered a $15 refund. Below is the last response from them: info@hsweetgirl.com

    I bought several things at hsweetgirls.com. At first, I feel concerned before I placed my first order. But my concern is gone when I received my parcel. What I bought is a pair of zuodi shoes for my husband. He works all day and stands all day. His feet feel painful everyday. But his feet pain reduced after he worn these shoes! So immediately I purchased another order of swimwear. I LIKED IT BEFORE. I ignored the size sheet before, and got wrong size swimwear. Their customer service staff nick helped me return the wrong size clothes to their warehouse and resend me a new, right one!! plus a discount code which surprises me! Anyway, very nice! recommended.

    After I posted my comments above about the terrible customer service I received I received the following response from them:
    “I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
    We are willing to apply for an additional $10 coupon for you.
    Can you help delete bad comments first?
    Looking forward to your help, thank you.
    The shoes will be sent today.
    Please contact me in 1-2 days and I will provide you with the tracking number.
    I look forward to your help.
    I know you are a good man.

    I received my new shoes yesterday & love them. They are very comfortable & stylish. I will give them a 5 star on that. If this company will make major improvements in their Customer Service I believe it will make a big difference in their bottom line. Thanks Lily for all you did!

    I've tried several times to contact this web site about a pair of shoes i ordered, took forever to get them and then they didn't fit. Would sure like to return them but not luck in getting in tough the this company/their customer service. I truly believe this is a scam.

    I would not give them any kind of rating..

    I had to give them 1 star before my comment would be added. Buyer beware!!! not fair to have to give them one star...for what no service

    I ordered shoes from them over two weeks ago and I am thinking it is a scam. I have not received a tracking number. They also won't reply to my emails. I created an account on their site with my email from the order I placed the order and it showed a completely different person and address. Thankfully I paid with PayPal. Buyer beware

    Ordered shoes that claimed to have arch support and no slip soles. Shoes had NO support and plastic soles. Even though the web site advertised Free shipping and returns, they make you pay for returns and do NOT offer a full refund. AVOID this RIPOFF SITE
