    We places an order for more than €11,000. The order arrived very late - weeks!, which completely affected the installation schedule. We had to call several times to resolve this late delivery issue. Hours of wasted time and money!

    And this caused the installation schedule to have to be postponed by months.

    Now we have a faulty inverter that only worked for 6 hours. Dropped off almost 4 weeks ago already. This transport required a 6 hour detour and more than 400 km!!!

    Hoping to quickly get a product exchange and solve this new inconvenience urgently.

    To date, after 4 weeks currently, we still do not have a schedule or any confirmed delivery date in Portugal.

    It cost us 6 months of installation delay and more with this faulty inverter!!! This system is the only source of electricity on the property.

    It seems that they do not understand the URGENT nature of the situation.

    We were very patient and very understanding. Today, still without a timetable for a resolution. very poor customer service and warranty!
