Rating:Scam. There is no legitimate way to cancel your automated subscription and deductions once you provide your card details. They expect you to email support and even that is not prompt. Avoid for peace of mind.

My daughter is 17 years old and made a purchase by mistake using our Bank account. When the program became available, we followed their directions and cancelled immediately. They do not respond to any communication. Most recent #2556162. This is a warning for under age children. This warning cost 27.00! Good thing that is all it cost. Beware.....
¨Please rest assured that we have taken note of your concerns and are fully committed to resolving them promptly.¨ Their prompt response was sorry we are keeping your daughters money. Don't be fooled.

When you apply online for an intermittent fasting plan (which essentially determines how long you have to wait before your next meal), you're redirected to another page that asks for personal details such as your weight, goal weight, dietary preference (vegetarian or non-vegetarian), daily habits, etc. After answering these questions, you are immediately taken to the payment page.
The offer stated that the plan cost $25.99 for three months, and I decided to purchase it (yes, a dumb decision--I know). However, during the checkout process, there was no clear mention of additional charges, refund policies, or hidden fees--information they are now using as an excuse to deny my refund. I genuinely thought I was making an investment in my health, only to realize it was a scam. And yes, I am calling it a scam, and I have valid reasons to do so.
After making the payment, I received an email--first confirming the transaction and then instructing me to download their app because they wouldn't send the plan via email. I found this suspicious, but I still followed their instructions. However, when I accessed the app, the plan I had paid for was nowhere to be found.
I immediately contacted their customer service through the app for assistance. While waiting for a response, I received two more deductions... Read more
