Rating:I have bought a Microsoft Office 2019 software for about 12€, which, in my country can only be activated by internet, but in the email the advice was to activate by phone. After two weeks of trying to find the solution, the advice from Irmitek was to send them an installation ID, which "consists of 9 groups of 7 digits each", which, on my bahald, was not easy to find, and there was not any specific advice where to find it (those who are capable to work withthis type of advice can obviously trust that a software bought from Irmitek, will eventually be activated). Personaly I came to the the necessity to get advice from a local technician, which I could do from the beginning) who installed an other office package, which is functioning OK, and I am not changing it. After this I proposed Irmitek, to reverse the purchase and even keep my money, as my deposit to Irmitek, to be able use it or another purchase, but they were no happy with my proposal. Their reply was: As stated in our terms and conditions, replacements are provided only for the same product purchased and strictly in cases of malfunction. We are here to assist you with the activation process and ensure your product works as expected.>>
