Rating:Made reservations through traveluro. When we got to the hotel they didn’t have any reservations for us. We made new reservations at the front desk.
When we looked at our checking account online we confirmed that we were charged by traveluro! They obviously just took our money and didn’t do anything.
We called traveluro and waited 30 minutes on hold. The guy said the hotel shouldn’t have charged us again. He said he’d call the hotel and take care of it and he would call us back in 15-20 minutes.
Hours passed with no return call!!! Traveluro is obviously a SCAM! Stay away from them. Looks like I’ll have to get my bank involved.

Rating:Faked reservation in bait and switch to partner hotel. Tried to get me from a four star to some star hotel

Rating:Let me just say, Traveluro is honestly one of the WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCEPTABLE sites I've ever had the misfortune to use. These fools confirmed my hotel reservation at the wrong hotel?! WHAT?? How does that even? I had just had a medical procedure done and just wanted to lay down and rest. Guess what? I couldn't, because Traveluro confirmed the reservation at a different hotel and told me to just get up and go there!?!? The hotel I was at wasn't very accommodating and threw me out unless I paid another $111 to their hotel, because my money was sent somewhere else. I've been dealing with Traveluro for 2 months now trying to get my money back and they said they would pay the difference between the two prices. LIARS!! They're doing all they can to NOT get me paid back!
Unbelievable how UNPROFESSIONAL and unpleasant these losers are.
If I were you, I would stay as far Away from Traveluro as I could. They suck!!!!!!!

Rating:Avoid Traveluro- they are scammers.
My wife and I booked a room with Traveluro while travelling across country in March. After inputting all of my info - credit cards, address, email, phone, ect, I received a message that the room was no longer available. We never received a confirmation so we booked another room through Hotels.com for that night.
Later our monthly statement showed a charge for the room. Traveluro would not refund our money, adroitly saying it was up to the hotel: however they would not provide the name of the hotel either. I am attempting to get e refund through the hotel, but it was the Traveluro website that stated the room was unavailable after we booked it. And no evidence with no confirmation. Very clever.
This is a scam site. Stay away.
