Rating:Ordered an Applewood pellet grill from Charmingforever.
$44.73 thinking it was a great buy. Recieved a cheap black plastic mesh bag. Contacted customer service by email and got a reply saying " Sorry for the inconvenience, Any questions please reply.
Yes i have questions!! Where the hell is my grill or my money back. Thats my question. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.....

Rating:Same, exact situation. Getting the run-around from the "Customer Service Team 5" or now "6". Going to enjoy the email exchange, likely the only thing I'm going to get out of it.

Rating:Scam site Don't buy anything from them. supposed smoker I ordered, not!!! I received a mesh bag w/ no recourse because debit from my card.

Rating:We got took to the cleaners by this company. Ordered the applewood pellet grill and got a cheap plastic mesh bag. Believe this company is in China. They are a fraudulent company. Do noot trust them.
