Rating:Bait and switch: Advertised a brand-name product, sent me a shoddy knockoff not even pretending to be the same brand. Customer service is still giving me the runaround almost a month later.

Rating:Poor company. Order never received. Company claims delayed due to holidays later claims it was lost in shipping beyond their conrol.

Rating:Do Not Order products from this company! Bought a pair of sneakers that were too small even though they are the size worn in the US. Only able to contact company by online chat. Would not send a return label. The address they gave me to return item to was written in Japanese/Chinese. I found an address for company in Delaware. Sent the shoes back but didn't get a refund because they only allow 15 days to return a product! Now I'm out shoes and $!!

Rating:The bags are not as advertised. They are cheaply made, missing parts from the advertisements, inconsistently sewn, and SMELL TERRIBLE! Their return policy is also misleading. They require you to return the package for refund to China which costs $30-$50. Pay that kind of shipping for a $17 bag? They are hoping you won't do it so they can keep your money. Bad product, misleading business.
