    It's messed up that their customer support doesn't have a phone number or dedicated personnel for emails. I've gotten verification numbers and I don't even have an account! With all the data breaches happening, I don't trust this!

    I too received an email saying my account had been used and verified by phone. I don't have a Link account as far as I am aware. I dont think i inadvertantly created one trying to make a purchase online. I dont see any suspicious bank, card, or paypal transactions.
    Why should I l"leave a mark" when I havent used this? Who do I speak with if this a legitimate service?
