Rating:If you try to return an item for misprint, or if it’s blurry, they will cease all contact with you. Their support will not accept returns.

Rating:I ordered a personalized product oct 2, 2023. Said it was delivered about 2 weeks ago. It's now nov 11th. They used a Chinese shipping company and couldn't track my order forever. I contacted them and they sent me a link to track it. It says delivered and it's not here. Checked my security cams and nothing. They told me that this weird 4px shipping company has paperwork showing it was delivered so I need to call them. Basically telling me I'm SOL. Found my original confirmation email and it's the wrong address! So I have to dispute this charge at my bank tomorrow. Do NOT do business with them. Not a reliable trustworthy American company. At least be aware it's out of country and not American shipping and they will keep your money if there are shipping issues.
