Rating:Ordered something in August. Here it is October 6 and the item is still not here. It took over a month to get to a USPS facility. THE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED FROM A 3rd PARTY COMPANY IN CHINA. Customer Service is terrible with only canned responses. No human element at all. But, they do offer discounts on the next order! ha! No thanks. Never again Mark Gap!
