Rating:Frased has been selling since April 2024 and the clothes do arrive: its Trustpilot page shows 97 reviews and a score of 4.3.
Who stands behind the shop is another matter. The Legal notice page linked in the footer is empty (frased.com/policies/legal-notice), the contact page gives only an email address and a United States phone number, and no company name, postal address or registration number appears anywhere on the site. The terms of service state that sales are governed by Danish law, while prices are in US dollars and the support number is American. The only company named on the site, Matarese LLC, is credited with running its text message programme, not with selling the clothes.
The homepage also advertises a 4.7/5 rating based on 1,000+ Trustpilot reviews, whereas the shop's public Trustpilot page (trustpilot.com/review/frased.com) shows 97 reviews and 4.3/5. If a parcel arrives damaged or never turns up, there is no identified trader to answer for it: a card or PayPal payment can still be disputed with the issuer, a bank transfer cannot.
