Rating:The same thing happened to me! This web site is a SCAM! Ordered a tent through PayPal as well and it said it was delivered. When I tried contacting the site, the phone number listed was disconnected. When I emailed there was no response. Looked up the company and it does not exist. PayPal was supposedly contacted by someone who said it was delivered. PP told me to go the post office to get an intranet form that showed it was delivered to the wrong address. The post office cannot give me that by law, but they gave me a photocopy of the mailing address which was not mine. I looked up that address which does not exist.

Rating:OMG!! First of all , Lori?! I thought you were ME writing that and that I had a black out or something and didn't remember writing your/my story about Treasureahead!!! Im still trippin on it!! Okay, so like , my name is Lori as well ( Lorine), I Also purchased a tent the same day as Lori above me stated and EVERYTHING she already told of is EXACTLY what happened to me too!!!
I received the same USPS notifications up to delivery at 2:33 pm yesterday and NOTHING THERE!!! None existent delivery, none existent store..... Ive submitted a claim to PayPal and I'm doing the "waiting for seller to respond" game.... IM SO UPSET... I've got a ripped up 10 person tent in my yard trying to shelter my family photos, my childhood belongings, storage, my desceased mother's stuff and I can't even go out and buy another one now since Treasureahead got the last of what I had..... I don't know what else to say or do....

Rating:Same story here. I ordered the 10 person tent on August 15th.
I still have not received it. I made a claim with PayPal.
They denied the claim.
Said that the seller gave them proof that the item was delivered. It never was. I tried to explain to PayPal that the TreasureAhead website was taken down.
The phone number has been disconnected.
PayPal did not want to hear about it.
All PayPal will do is tell me that they received proof from the seller that item was delievered.
That seller confirmation came from a gmail account. Really PayPal?!?!
At this point PayPal is just as much "in the bad" as the scammer seller.

Rating:Ordered a tent in July, TreasureaHead did not reply to info request. Post office stated, the tracking number provided was not my name, not my address. I provided doc to PayPal, Let them know about these complaints and asked them if they need class action to fix? Claim denied by PayPal.
Tracking wrong, Disappearing website, Zero communication, Zero product. I agree PayPal is complicit in fraudulent activity.

Rating:I ordered a 6 person tent 7/24. I paid with a credit card. The next day I got an email saying I needed to confirm my paypal account! I tried to go on the website called the number it was disconnected! Emailed no response. I am in the same position with my credit card saying it was delivered. I called the USPS they said it was delivered I asked to what address they would only give me the street name. Not mine of course. They said it only has an address no name to deliver it to! I asked how much it weighed they told me 7ozs!!!!!!! I am calling the bank tomorrow again. They need to try the website which is not there and email them!!’i

Rating:I have been SCAM by this same website treasureahead and going through a dispute with PayPal to get my money back and I also talked with the post office and they said the parcel was delivered to an address but not mine and the partial weighed 7 oz and what I ordered way more than that this happen on August 3rd
