In review after review the parcel never arrives and the tracking starts in Belgium: the card payment goes through, a delivery attempt is recorded while the buyer is sitting at home, and the same tracking references turn up on several orders. The courier used, cochz.com, is a ready-made logistics template rather than a carrier, while the shop promises Royal Mail and DPD.

The record is unambiguous: 14 reviews on Trustpilot, 1.9 out of 5, none of them above one star (trustpilot.com/review/maintotal.com).

Contact fails as well. Every address printed on the contact page rejects mail, with the server answering that the mailbox does not exist, and the phone number carries three missing digits. The terms and conditions name no company at all. ASH TRADING LTD, the company displayed on the contact page, does exist in the UK register, but nothing on the site shows it operates this shop. If you paid by card, ask your bank for a chargeback now.
