Rating:Scam. purchased a wooden rainbow stacking toy that was supposed to have 12 layers. I received a very cheap 6 layer rainbow. After reaching out to customer service with a picture and saying I received the wrong item, they responded that the item I received was the same as the item advertised on their website. After looking closer, it appears they stole the pictures and used essentially the same wording as the rainbow stacker on the Grimms website. Now I'm just hoping Paypal will resolve this since that's my only option.

Rating:As commented above, I also paid for a 12 piece rainbow but received a cheap 6 piece. Paid over $30 USD and I’m Canadian so it cost me more $50 CAD... for a cheap toy no bigger then my hand. Contacted them as well and they replied with “ We feel very sorry that the product can't meet your expectation. As the product is gotten from our suppliers, we have reflected this issue to them so that they could improve the quality of the products. If you really don't want to keep it, you could send it to your friends or family as a gift or sell it to someone who like it.“
I never mentioned the quality to them, I only said they sent the wrong item and I paid for the 12 piece. Absolute scam.

Rating:I also ordered this which arrived today. As with the other 2 reviews a small 6 piece toy which was not as advertised was received. I have emailed the supplier and also raised a case with PayPal and hope they can resolve this. I am also waiting for a reply from the supplier.

Rating:Unfortunately the same as other comments, purchased a 12 piece stacking rainbow and it does actually state it is 12 pieces in the description but recieved a 6 piece. Messages to them have not helped, they suggested if I wasn't happy to give it to a friend! This is after asking for a refund. Case now open with paypal.

Rating:I too have been caught out by this untrusted company. The advertising shows a 12 piece rainbow, even has great reviews on their site. However These must all be a lie! Surely this is fraud?? I have contacted the company and have also raised an issue with PayPal to try and get my money back.

Rating:Avoid!!! Definitely a scam, and have had exactly the same experience re stacking rainbow.
Have raised a case with paypal and awaiting resolution.

Rating:I too get caught by this. Advertised big rainbow and cost me $47 but was sent a small 6 piece cheap rainbow. Case reported to Paypal and hope to get my money back.

Rating:SAME. They had sponsored ad on instagram. The rating was really good. Very convincing with photos of large rainbows other customers got. So I purchased 2x large rainbows. What I received were 2x small ones. Contacted the admin, got an email bounce back with chinese words. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

Rating:I bought a large 12 pieces wooden rainbow that must have been 35 centimeters long from their website. The item I received is completely different. The rainbow has only 6 pieces, it is 14 centimeters and the quality is very poor. The rating was really good. Very convincing with photos of large rainbows other customers got. I am very angry and disappointed.

Rating:Ordered Big Rainbow on 20th July 2020. Not arrived by 9th September, now being advised delivered on the 14th August 2020 - but not to my address !!!!! Upon checking original receipt of purchase - for total amount of $32.97 US - discovered that my UK - house number and postcode are incorrect.
I am extremely angry and very disappointed at the company's lack of customer support.

Rating:Same as everyone on the rainbow blocks. They refused to refund. They did not apologise for this and just took their time refusing the situation, until now unresolved. This is the contact person of the person who has received my paypay payment. I'm posting here with the hopes that they could never operate online anymore. Rating:This company is a scam. Would not respond to my email. They do not provide refunds despite claiming to do so. There is no phone contact #. I purchased a 1000 piece puzzle. Pieces were as thin as paper and would not interlock. Extremely cheaply made. Over pixelated. Thieves!!
