Rating:** WARNING** ⚠️
On November 7, 2026, I downloaded and ran the Lichii Nintendo Switch emulator from lichii.org.
Shortly afterward, Microsoft Defender detected Trojan:Script/Wacatac.H!ml and suspicious activity involving node.exe.
Further investigation revealed a suspicious Python module (updater.cp313-win_amd64.pyd) and a hidden startup mechanism disguised as "Microsoft Display Driver Manager".
Later that morning, around 10:25 AM (Paris time), my Phantom and MetaMask wallets were drained without my authorization, while my desktop PC was completely powered off.
I lost approximately 6.42 SOL and additional ETH.
I strongly suspect my wallet credentials were stolen by malware, although the exact infection source has not yet been conclusively confirmed.
Please be extremely careful with unofficial emulator downloads, never disable your antivirus to run unknown software, and protect your crypto wallets.
Stay safe. ⚠️
