Rating:Refund Request Ignored Despite 48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
I purchased United Kings' Lifetime VIP Access on December 31, 2025, for $399.60.
At the time of purchase, the company advertised a 48-hour money-back guarantee.
I submitted a clear cancellation and full refund request on January 2, 2026, at 3:57 AM, approximately 31 hours and 45 minutes after my purchase.
Despite submitting my request within the advertised guarantee period, I never received my refund.
I contacted the company multiple times by email and provided my payment confirmation and Telegram username. I also followed up through their support channels, but my issue remained unresolved.
I filed a complaint with my bank, but the chargeback was unsuccessful.
I also published a review on Trustpilot. The company eventually responded on September 16, 2026, asking me to provide information I had already submitted.
As of November 2026, I have still not received my $399.60 refund.
I have retained the original payment receipt, timestamped refund request, screenshot of the advertised 48-hour guarantee, and all relevant correspondence.
I am sharing my experience so that potential customers can make an informed decision before purchasing.
I would still welcome a proper resolution and a full refund from United Kings.
