I purchased the Relaxed Striped Shirt in Navy. The shirt I received was very poor quality, with uneven, crooked construction. I have requested a full refund.

Exethereal sells menswear, but its identity is thin. The company name Orvellae Inc and an address appear only on the "About Us" page, with no registration number and no phone, and the "Terms of Service" name no company at all. The "Contact Us" page gives the same company at a second Denver address, 4878 Perth St instead of 555 E 10th Ave. The "Shipping Policy" even keeps the name of another shop, "Shopsotoo", and offers to take back "your jewelry".

The pricing follows the same logic. Of the 285 products listed, 278 are sold at exactly half of a struck-through price, permanently, and the "Refund policy" states that sale items cannot be returned, which covers nearly the whole catalogue. The same policy says customs duties are borne by the shop, then that any charge on a parcel is paid by the person receiving it.

A short email asking for the registration number and the country of dispatch before paying costs nothing. The refund policy itself concedes a 14 day withdrawal right for the European Union, sale label or not.
