Rating:WARNING: Very Disappointing Experience – Buyer Beware!
I purchased a shopping trolley from Kalsten for $150, and it was never delivered. To make matters worse, I never received a refund either.
Throughout this process, I was met with one ridiculous excuse after another, with no actual resolution to the problem. I paid for a product that I never received, and I am still out $150.
This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company. I would not recommend Kalsten to anyone until they can demonstrate that they treat their customers fairly and take responsibility when things go wrong.
Buyer beware: Do your research before spending your money here.

Rating:The shop claims a curated home decor brand, but its Terms of Service name no company: article 2 gives only the trade name Kalsten and the email support@kalsten.com, with no registered office and no company number. The Refund Policy sends returns to a business address shown in the website footer, and no address appears anywhere on the site. The catalogue mixes the announced decoration with tactical hiking backpacks, sports equipment and garden items, and the cutlery set page still carries labels from other markets, a Norwegian "Betalingsmåter" heading and a colour listed as "Rot-Silver". That page also displays twenty-five reviews averaging 4.8 out of 5, all in the same generic tone, spaced about a month apart and the oldest dated eleven months ago, while the domain name was registered in April 2026. If an order never arrives, a card payment can still be contested with the issuing bank, so keep the order confirmation.
