Rating:. I paid for products on their site on July 17th, 2026, they emailed me they had received my order followed shortly by another email that my order had shipped - both of these emails are from July 17th. It's now August 19th and I've not received my order , though I was informed the carrier is "having problems delivering" my order (the carrier is here in Los Angeles and they've been setting on my order for 7 days) I've demanded a full refund and Clovvy is just making up excuses as to why they can't refund my money.
