Rating:Waylnn.com is an overpriced, cheesy, ripoff company. Please do not waste your time or money. The quality of their merchandise is terrible to say the least. Items received are not as pictured. The shipping is even worse. To make matters worse, they make it useless to return or exchange anything.

Rating:There website claims returns are easy and without questions. However, they make it impossible with back and forth emails. The dress I bought was very cheaply made.

Rating:The wrong size was delivered from WavLynn. The return should be straightforward but even after multiple emails and their final agreement to refund me, the refund has not been processed. The whole process to date has been going on since February. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Rating:Don't buy from this company. I ordered a dress, following the site's size guide measurements. The dress arrived and it was two sizes too big. Their website states a clear return policy, but when I contacted them, they pulled a bait and switch, offering to send me the dress in another size without having to return the original. I stated that I no longer want the dress because I don't like how it looked on me. They then offered me a 15% refund (!!???) When I refused that and reminded them of their policy which states unworn clothing can be returned within 30 days, they upped their refund offer to 30%. Big deal. Now I'm stuck with a dress I can't wear and I'm out of $55.00.
