    I saw a dress on Instagram and bought it. It took forever to arrive to me. When I eventually received it, the item was not as described. Then, the return envelope was a US-based address, but they are trying to make me return it to China! If I send it there, there is no method to track it all the way to the recipient. Very bad customer service. I really should have checked this site before going through with my purchase.

    $$ down the drain. They are lies and have never issued my refund. They stopped replying to emails after I sent the return.
