Rating:So i paid for a subscription and over a month never received any products or anything left multiple messages and emailed so many times. Nothing. I am now working with my bank to get my money back. This is absolutely horrible.

Rating:Don't buy from this company. Received defective product. Reached out multiple ways to get a refund and no response. Their chat is AI so no help there. Finally tried going through PayPal but the company wanted me to pay to return the broken item at my expense (to Germany) which didn't happen as it would cost me more to send back then I paid. If they want it back they should provide a prepaid return label since it arrives defective. Not a reputable company in my opinion and good luck if you actually wanted to take advantage of their 90 day return claim.
