Rating:The shop is run by SCL Enterprise Limited, a Hong Kong company registered on 31 March 2026, ten days before the domain name was created. It sells about 150 products, each under its own brand name, almost all at £24.95 and presented as half price against a crossed-out £50.00, under a banner saying the sale "ends this week".
No registration number appears anywhere on the site, and the address given, Room 5047 on the fifth floor of Yau Lee Centre in Kwun Tong, is the same room used by several unrelated trading companies. Returns must go to an address that is only disclosed after an e-mail to info@veladall.com.
Trustpilot lists four reviews with a 2.6/5 score, all one star, and the complaints repeat: an Oculen order delivered as a product called "Laniiska", a CardioVera order delivered as "Docteat" with different ingredients, parcels posted from China. If the bottle you receive carries a brand other than the one ordered, that is a wrong item and a ground for a full refund, not a partial one: keep photos of the parcel and the label.
