    I left the same info or another similar web site.

    I was trying to get material from the Liturgical Press, a very well known Catholic publisher in Collegeville, MN. For whatever reason (I don't know how I did it), I was rerouted to that site, Faithkitus.com. I naively thought Litpress rerouted me to pass an order. This happens frequently when, for example, you buy software from a well-known software company and they send you to a different site which is the site of a processing vendor, which is a different place, dealing with the purchases from that specific Soft publisher and others. When arriving on that site, many things here were amiss. 1. Nowhere does the site mention a real entity name, an address or a phone number. 2. There are places in a legitimate web site where you are obligated to provide that information. Nowhere is it to be found, especially not in their return policy. Also their general policy takes a few short paragraphs written by amateurs and not by lawyers. Any legitimate web site doing ecommerce includes an extremely long and detailed legal document including the competent juridiction in case of conflicts. No where is provided their Business Identification Number. 3. The "Contact U"s link does not give any information. address, phone number etc. They only give a generic email address. I tried to send them an email twice. Every time it was rejected by their server for whatever reason. 4. I created a user. I then went into the account and changed the password.... Read more
