Rating:Ordered 2 pair of supposeable Orthowalk shoes. Waited over 6 weeks for them to arrive. When the did finally arrive the were too small. I issued a request to return the shoes for a refund--the shoes did not look like Orthowalk shoes I had previously purchased. Waited 2 weeks for a reply. Then they wanted photos of the shoes and the packages they came in. Provided this info. Waited another 2 weeks. Contacted them for an update. They requested the same info and said the could not find a record of my order. They are delaying the refund since they have a limit on the refund date. Not a good company to deal with.

Rating:Total scam, ordered 2 pairs of ladies shoes size 6uk received 2 pairs size 5uk. After email they asked for photos of packaging and the shoe sizes which we sent. they will not accept any returns unless you pay £20.00 postage which is totally unacceptable. They have since offered a 20% refund for us to keep the items. AVOID this COMPANY AT ALL COSTS>

Rating:Ordered 2 cotton shirts which did turn up but could not getan XL size over my head.
Sent request for replacement but in meantime found their 'website' with a lovely photo of old guys ourside a shoe shop.
There was an address of Shop 5 in George Street Sydney so I sent the shirts their.
A lovely lady called me to say they had my package but were not Rowe&Mercer.
I have since had emails from the company asking for detailed photos to confirm my purchase to whioch I have said that I will arrange the package to be forwarded to them. No success yet.
I discovered company was listed in Cardiff in the UK but disolved - a name ZHang Zhexi seems to be an officer.
Keep away.

Rating:Ordered a woollen Norwegian sweater from Melia & Co - got sent an acrylic Chinese copy. Scenery.... is a proxy for Melia and must be in on Melia's scam. Amex have credited me for the payment to Melia - I'm refusing to return the Chinese copy to Melia unless I get a return postage label.

Rating:I bought a bracelet as a gift . It took ages to come ,when it did the box was damaged and the item itself was broken . I asked for an address to which I could return it . I was told to photograph it and send photos. I am 83 and disabled. The easiest for me ,the injured client , was to return it to them. Then they told me to ask family (I have none) and neighbours to do it for me.WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME WHEN PEOPLE LIKE THESE ARE ALLOWED TO SELL TRASH FROM A DISTANCE. Had to leave a mark or I could not send this. Ideally it would be no star.
