    Ordered a "6-12 business day shipping" item. 20 business days later and I'd heard nothing. Contacted them and they said it was "lost" and I'll get a refund in a few days. I'm about to just charge the card back.

    Same experience as other user. Ordered a cup. They gave me emails stating where it was in the process up until they emailed me that it was ready and being shipped to the warehouse to ship to me. Why would they do that? Why not just ship it direct? After that, radio silence. So after contacting them and them telling me also that it was "lost" and I will receive a full refund, I have disputed it with my bank. Total Scam! Avoid!

    Same thing. Ordered 2 cups, got all the emails it was being done, then nothing. Contacted them and was told it was lost in transit and that I'd get a full refund in the next few days and 20% my next order. HA HA HA Like I would order from them again. I have filed a scam report through my payment option and hope to have better luck there.

    Same... order completed and being shipped.. nothing came. Now they say lost in transit and never gave me refund. How do i get my refund now?

    Ordered a cup from Mug Fans in early June, as soon as I got the shipping info, the site disappeared. I reported to PayPal. The item got delivered today, enclosed was a card from Tumblerry. So no idea how legit these outfits are. Will go back and let PayPal know. I give 2 stars for lack of info, however the item is really nice.

    The same as all of the previous comment. I ordered in June and I keep emailing them but has expired not seen a refund abut it’s been two weeks!

    I ordered two dresses in early June. Never received and vendor never responded to my inquiries. Luckily I paid with PayPal and they filed a claim and got my money back. Now the website is gone. What a surprise.

    This is what I sent them:
    I am hoping someone can assist me without giving me the run around.
    I placed my order on 6/9/2020 and received a confirmation on 6/9/2020 with my order #17964.
    Received an email stating it was being printed on 6/12/2020.
    Received an email stating it was almost done on 6/17/2020.
    Received an email that it was done and being sent to the warehouse for shipping on 6/19/2020.
    I have never received my order and when I contacted you, your customer service rep stated that it was lost in transit and it was your shipping agents fault. She stated that I would be issued a full refund. (this was on 6/30/2020)
    I have since reached out to you on, at least, 4 different occasions about my refund. Each time I was told it would be a few days. It has now been almost (1) month since I originally contacted you about my shipment.
    I would like my money refunded. I was told on Friday, 7/17/2020, that you are concentrating on refunding larger orders before small orders like mine. That seems a little strange to me. I’ve been asking for a refund for almost a month.

    Same experience as everybody else. Ordered two cups from “Tumblerry”. Got all the confirmation emails that my order was being processed, got the email it was being shipped to the warehouse and now nothing. Emailed them and their “customer service rep” stated I would receive a full refund. Never got a refund, contacted them again and they stated since it’s through PayPal it takes longer. Opened a dispute through PayPal and I’m still waiting for my over $60 refund for products I never received.

    Wow, same thing. Ordered the mug, it was going to their warehouse and then I heard nothing. Then, they claim it was "lost" and will refund me and when I stated the refund wasn't in, they said there was a system issue. I will be contacting my bank to dispute and I am working on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office.

    Same issue as most others. Ordered, completed, then “lost”. Several e-mails, responses saying payment was issued to payment processor, still nothing, been about a month. Will request refund from my credit card, total scam

    Ordered on 6.13.2020. Item was said to be lost. Told I would get a refund. Have yet to receive it and now no one is responding to my emails. Has anyone's bank issued a refund for a "fraudulent" charge?

    Same exact issue as everyone else. My order was "lost" but they never let me know until I contacted them. Promised a refund. When I didn't get the refund I emailed again. I was told to check wjth Paypal. I filed a dispute and so far they aren't getting anywhere either.

    Same story as all the others. Lost in transit will be issuing a refund. Then they say there third party PayPal is having technical issue to keep calm I will get a refund as soon as possible.

    The same issue as everyone else stated above and I work at a bank so I don't normally trust things like this but the reviews well really good. I am so pissed. I filed a complaint with my bank and they are working on it.

    Same here. Took the money out of my account immediately. Kept me up-to-date on the process, at least I believed was the process. Got the email, your cup is finished and will be shipped very soon. Reached out a couple of times, they responded, we learned your cup has been lost in shipping and we will being doing a full refund, and here’s a 20 percent off discount for your next cup. My question back was, what good is a 20 percent discount going to do for me, when you can’t get the cup I ordered to me? no response. Sent another email again today. As of 05AUG2020 - no credit has been received, and still no shipment received.
    Don’t walk, RUN AWAY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they take your money and do not fulfill the order. Next stop is to my credit card company and the BBB.

    Looks like same story different day, different person. I ordered on 6/10, was charged 6/11, last e-mail 6/20 then nothing. Never received a shipping notice. Was told in mid July a refund would be issued as it was lost in transit. I even asked for a replacement since it was a gift but was told no, They offered 20% discount as a gift towards another item. Why would I do that? They are still offering the item I purchased, but didn't receive.. Several e-mails later I was told there were issues with the refund system. I have a friend who uses Pay Pal to process her payments and she said issuing a refund is a 2-step 1 minute process. Why is Pay Pal continuing to support this fraudulent company? I couldn't file a complaint with Pay Pal because I don't have a Pay Pal account. I guess I will go through my charge card company for satisfaction. This is the last time I purchase anything advertised on Facebook. I will stick with Amazon.

    Won’t give whole story because it matches everyone else’s. Have been waiting since July 7 for my refund. In most recent request for refund, I stated I felt like they have stolen from me. After multiple communications from them promising I would receive my refund “in a few days,” this is their response: “ There is no point in trading our reputation and our customers' loyalty with the gain of some money stolen from anyone, which is not worth our long-term business operation.
    Please keep calm, your money will be credited to your account as soon as possible.” Clearly there is nothing reputable about tumblerry.

    I ordered on 6/8/20 and got emails that my order was being processed and then that it was ready for shipping. Never received my item and no one has ever contacted me. I sent several correspondenses with no replies. This company is a joke. 1 star isn't even what they deserve.

    Ive have ordered and my shipments came in however two of the 4 tumblers were wrong. One instead of the name it said "Name Here" the second tumbler was completely wrong. They did send replacements which did take over a month to receive. Thought Id give them another chance and order was received with no issues. So I then ordered one more. Tumbler came in record time however no straw or brush. After chats for a month Im being told that the straw was a bonus and is no longer being offered. They said they changed the manufacturer. Always excuses. Im still waiting for compensation as the straw was part of the deal when my order was placed.
