Rating:I'm stuck with their product, which I haven't used yet. I didn't get a confirmation or "receipt" when I ordered, so within a couple of days, used their chat to inquire. Got nothing. Tried again saying I would stop payment if they didn't respond. They did finally, but they couldn't find my order even after showing them where my money left my account and went to them. So they lost the order, and my bank was in the process of getting my money back, when the product arrived at my house! BUT, they were going to make me pay to ship it back to China ($50) before working with my bank to settle the dispute. All in all, DON'T USE THIS SITE/COMPANY.
