Rating:Very VERY shady! I played with a 200% bonus on 1st deposit. I actually won big, which is apparently rare from the bad reviews I've read but ok, sometimes it happens and why not me? So I request a withdrawl and customer support says due to the amount im required to be verified to withdraw in compliance of regulations that check ID, bank account info, to prevent money laundering. Ok so I can understand why but to verify me, I had to process a transaction from my cashapp or venmo for tracking and verification and $250 or more is required. Well i actually won over $100k so it seemed fair. They assured me upon deposit my balance would be transferred plus my deposit immediately upon verification. Yeah, its been 3 days. Shows received, cashapp shows completed, but customer support cannot verify! Can see its there, see it in my account, see my request, but cannot verify it? WTF kinda crap is this? Wheres my money? No problems with transfers into the app however, but try and get your wins or at the least my funds returned and it a cesspool of AI BS without any human help at all! If u wanna throw money away.......please allow me to help you and give it to me! I will at leastput it to good use. I thought my life was just blesses and thing's were about to get better finally for me, but its unfortunatley a worst case scenario and sets me back terribly for trusting MGM as credible! Shame on them! SHAME!
