Rating:Scam artist. I paid for an eliptical machine I never got. Gave me a fake tracking number from China to Ny but was supposed to be going to Chicago. DO NOT USE. USES PAYPAL, WHICH TAKES FOREVER TO GET MONEY BACK. I went to my bank. Google number and fake Houston address.

Rating:We all need to be compensated for our losses of purchase, work lost, and emotional stress. We need a lawyer, for the people here who were honoring their end of the contract! Karen is pissed! Group lawsuit. If they can't repay, there is a jail sentence for that.

Rating:SCAM. Tracking # from China Post. Item took forever to ship. Landrd in LA and delivered somewhere in Ca instead of my NY address. Left messages with Chinese mfgr "Danghan" and TOSG via phone and e-mail. Filed dispute with PayPal. Got a new USPS Tracking # and a small worthless bag of junk arrived in the mail. Waiting for my refund.

Rating:This agency is NOT trustworthy at all. I ordered a heat press on June 25th, on June 27th I received an email saying it had been delivered. You and I both know nothing from China is being delivered to the USA in 2 days. I filed a dispute with Paypal and they denied it saying the seller showed the item was already delivered. Delivered? TO WHO? I used the tracking number and it even shows to this day the poackage is in "pre-shipment" the seller is in the process of sending to the post office. So this site is a scam and I have filed a dispute with my bank and am looking to file charges against this company and Paypal too for not refunding my money when I sent them a clear screen shot of the USPS tracking results. STILL NO ITEM. I went and ordered from another seller on Amazon.

Rating:On June 15, 2020 I order an 8in1 heat press.....two days later I received an email with shipper information and tracking number. When package arrived it went to Miami, FL....I live in UT. Contacted paypal, they gave the seller till August 2nd to respond. July 30th seller responded with another tracking number....this time to the same town I live in, but didn't different name and address. Notified paypal of this also. Waiting to hear back from paypal. I contacted tosg.online email and phone number, no response, I contacted seller/sender email (provided by paypal) no response. This site is worthless.....should have known it was too good to be true. Never again. Hoping paypal refunds my money, so I can get order another one somewhere else.

Rating:I should have checked for reviews about this site. I don't know if they are a legit site or not but it is definitely a piss poor company. As others have described, I placed an order, it took a month before it got shipped even though I got an email two days later saying it was shipped (apparently from China on a slow boat). When it finally got into the hands of the US Post Office it was delivered to an address in Ohio (I live in California). I've tried calling the number on the website but only get a recording to leave a message but one ever calls back. I've tried emailing them but again no one responds. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF IDIOTS AND YOU WILL ONLY LOSE YOUR MONEY AND GET NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION.

Rating:I ordered a heat press and it said pre shipment for 5 weeks. When I opened a claim on PayPal, then I got a new tracking number. Needless to say, the person then shipped a screen protector for $.99 and then said they would refund my money once I shipped it back to China! They had enough of my money. I filed a claim with the internet claim department and got my money back and I didn’t ship anything back to them.
