Rating:I ordered an rc car from maverickshop.com, everything was and is at a discount, i've mistaken this site for the rc brand one. Now, there are many red flags that i can point to, the first being that, 1 hour after the payment, they tried to use the single-utilization virtual debit card number i provided, to apply for an amazon membership, it showed up in the details for the card. They couldn't do it, because it's single use. They provided a tracking number, and it shows *something* is on the way, but after reading about it, common practice is to send crap, so it's most likely junk, and not what i ordered. As the final issue i noticed is that the website is old, but was for many years, all about photography, (checked in waybackmachine) and sometime this year, assumed this new format of selling rc cars and parts. The discount was kinda high, but i thought they could be doing a promotion to get rid of old stock or something. Anyway, avoid, 99% chance of being a scam.
