Rating:This company is a scam. I placed an order on their website using my credit card. It doesn't say anywhere on their site that the order is shipping from Indonesia. About 2 weeks after I placed my order I emailed to check the shipping status as I hadn't received any kind of tracking information. I received an email back with a tracking number and then the explanation that the printer was coming from oversees. A month went by and I received an email from the shipping company saying my printer was at the port in New York. My tracking information said the printer was to arrive in Los Angeles. The shipping company also said I owed S1237 in duties and tariffs before they could forward my printer to my commercial address in Colorado. I emailed Mitra Print and asked them about this. The person who responded was extremely rude and just kept saying that's how doing business with foreign companies works. I stated I should have been told I was going to owe so much extra money when the printer arrived in the states. The shipping company email had a link for me to pay using "Remitly" for the additional shipping fees. I had to verify using my ID and other information to Remitly that I was a legitimate person. My bank account was drafted by wire transfer to pay the fees to Nippon Cargo Express as the shipping company after my identity was verified. I received an email from the shipping company stating I would receive further tracking when arrangements were made to finalize shipping to me. And... Read more
