Rating:This website is a scam. When you place your order you'll receive an invoice from an Ironwood Atelier saying you purchased some furniture. When I reached out to them about this they said they were having issues with their website and it's because they own 2 businesses. This made since so I proceeded with the order. The package was supposed to ship after 1 day and 6 days later I was asking for a tracking number because the link they sent didn't work.
I emailed multiple times with no response, only once I said if they didn't at least respond and give me a status update I would be forced to contact my bank and report fraud. To which they responded "Call your bank, you keep reaching out and calling us scammers. We aren't going to ship you anything and won't refund either."
No joke that's actually what they said. I'd load all the emails and screenshots but I don't want to pay to be a member. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SITE.

Rating:Are you getting your money back? I am having the same issue. This website is a complete scam and I have also initiated a chargeback with my bank
