Rating:Return Approved, but No Prepaid Labels or Refund
We purchased $1,165.32 in clothing racks and hangers from Pamo Design / SaleLab. After assembly, the racks leaned and swayed, and we encountered missing screws and problems with the threaded connections. We did not feel comfortable using them.
Pamo approved our return but provided only a warehouse address and a form to place inside the packages—not prepaid return shipping labels.
The merchandise fills four heavy, oversized packages. Paying to return defective merchandise would substantially reduce our refund. We have repeatedly requested prepaid shipping or collection at the company's expense.
We also reassembled the racks to document the problems and provided actual photographs and videos. Despite repeated correspondence, our request remains unresolved. Attempts to call reached a recording directing us to email.
As of October 11, 2026, we have received neither prepaid return labels nor our refund. The merchandise and packaging remain available for prepaid return or collection.
Based on the product problems and our experience trying to resolve the return, we would not purchase from this company again.
